Language Computer Labs

Hi. Welcome to Language Computer Labs. We're new.

What's going on here?

Language Computer Labs was designed to showcase some of the exciting new search applications that are currently being developed by LCC's researchers and engineers.

Demos? You've got demos? Let me see!

Not so fast, hombre. We're in an invite-only beta period right now. We're looking to gather feedback from people who know -- and love -- playing with new kinds of search applications.

That's me. How can I get on the list?

It's easy. Just send us an e-mail to beta@languagecomputer.com, and we'll add you to the list. The first invites will go out in October 2008.

Who are you guys, anyway?

The true identities of Language Computer Labs personnel are a closely-guarded secret. All we can say is that we're a committed group of developers who are out to change your expectations about what search can be.

You know, I could do what you do.

Oh, yeah? Think you've got what it takes to be one of us? You're in luck: we're hiring. Are you a talented Java developer? Have research experience (in computational linguistics, natural language processing, information retrieval, or any other field)? Got a passion for building new kinds of web applications? Are you a pro with Hibernate, Jetty, Tomcat, or Jaxb? If so, we want you on our team. More information can be found on our Careers page.
